- Assist users with technical issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Proactively identify and address user concerns and feedback to improve the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and product management, to resolve user issues and implement solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and support tickets, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
- Monitor online communities and forums to identify trends and address common user questions and concerns.

Requirements:

Salary Expectation:
From 1500 – 2000 EUR / month + bonuses
