Description:
We are searching for a skilled Product Manager to join our team and lead the development of our web application. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in defining the product roadmap, prioritizing features, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, possesses strong leadership and communication skills, and has a proven track record of managing successful product launches.
Responsibilities:
- Define the product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals and market trends.
- Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to translate product requirements into actionable plans.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and differentiation.
- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements, establish project timelines, and ensure timely delivery of features.
- Gather and analyze feedback from users to inform product decisions and iterate on product features.
- Track key performance metrics and monitor product performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders, communicating updates, progress, and challenges effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in web application development.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product management best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing.

Salary Expectation:
From 4,500 – 8,000 EUR / month + bonuses
