  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address recurring technical issues.
  • Stay updated on product updates, new features, and technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles and support documentation.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and remote support tools.
  • Basic understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Salary Expectation:
